| Michael is a native of Melbourne, Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University He worked as a Business Development Rep with the Florida Department of Commerce, Division of Economic Development, and joined Pruitt Real Estate in 1974, Michael assumed responsibility for operational management of Pruitt Real Estate in 1979, at which time he was appointed President of the Company. Michael has an extensive background and years of experience in the local commercial real estate market. |

| Dick has been a commercial Realtor since 1990, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Brevard County, and Florida's East coast. He is currently the Director of Operations of the Pruitt Commercial Group and has also managed several multi-tenant commercial properties. In addition to his experience in Brevard County, Dick has represented national clients in purchasing and leasing properties throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to moving to Brevard County, Dick was a Marketing and Sales Manager for AT&T International, serving 6 years in Puerto Rico. In other assignments in New Jersey and North Carolina he was responsible for marketing AT&T's data and network systems to the Federal Government market. He also served 6 years as City Council President, and 4 years as a full-time Mayor of Taylor, Michigan. Dick has completed training in Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices & Law in 1990 and has completed continuation-training courses every two years. Current designation is REALTOR®.
Dick and his wife Carol live in the Suntree area of north Melbourne. He is a past President of the Suntree Rotary Club and past Rotary Assistant District Governor. He is a member of the Viera Elks Lodge, and also a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.

 | Bill has been active in the real industry since 1975 and received his Arizona real estate broker’s license in 1980 working primarily in the Tucson and southern Arizona market. He has held several management positions with nationally recognized companies in real estate including Training Director, Branch Manager, General Sales Manager, and Vice President, Builder Services. For the past 20 years Bill has specialized in investment properties with an emphasis on investment and land development projects to national, regional, and local home builders and developers. Since 2005 he has closed over $100 million dollars of land and land development projects. He also has acted as an acquisition agent for many national home builders and developers as well as a consultant for those projects.
Now a licensed sales associate in Florida, Bill plans to utilize his land acquisition, consulting and marketing experience to serve homebuilders, developers and investors in the Brevard County market.
When not working on a real estate transaction you can usually find Bill on the local waters pursuing his other passion, light tackle salt water fishing. Bill and his wife Karinann live in Melbourne Beach and have 2 married sons living in Tucson, Arizona.

| Donna has been a resident of Brevard County since 1987 and started her career in Property Management that same year. She was very successful in her field and was selected by Southeastern States and Investment Company as their South East Florida Regional Manger. She traveled with the company throughout the Southeastern States conducting sales and marketing seminars for their large sales teams. Prior to joining the Pruitt Real Estate Commercial Group, Donna became one of McCluskey Realty's top producers in the Melbourne area. She specializes in buyer and tenant representation and enjoys the challenge of finding the right location for her clients' business and/or investment needs. | Jay specializes in all non-residential property types throughout Brevard County. His experience includes the sale and analysis of Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and other non-residential types of real estate. Professional Experience: Jay has been a Realtor since 2003 and became a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker in 2006. He also became a licensed Florida CPA in 1978 and practiced with a "Big Eight" firm. Prior to becoming a Realtor he was heavily involved in his family's citrus business. His specialty was putting together large complex business transactions and working with governmental agencies to facilitate those transactions. Personal/Family: Jay is married to Tricia Parrish and has three children. He has served in many leadership roles with other organizations such as, director of Barnett Bank of Central Florida, director and chair of the Audit Committee Florida East Coast Railroad, board member and treasurer of St. Johns River Water Management District, commissioner and chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Florida Department of Citrus.
